AND SO IT BEGINS…..

Well it may be 100+ degrees in Vegas right now…but no time like the present to start thinking about Halloween!!! Less than 2 months and we go on site!! We hope your summer has been a fun one! We’ve been a bit busy ourselves.

Besides working on our own haunts, we consulted on another attraction in Canada! It is a very unique attraction, smaller than a normal haunt but with a different purpose. It is an attraction that is being used during the summer months traveling to festivals and fair!. So instead of a pure Halloween style haunt, we created a Side Show style attraction. Scary, but able to fit into a bigger variety of events!!

So we have now consulted on various attractions in Canada, and Georgia, Illinois, Utah, Missouri, California, and South Carolina. We have also authored several articles in trade magazines about our unique Haunt concept. What you get to experience first hand has influenced many other attractions across the country!

The clock is ticking…… can you feel the anticipation?

HAUNT CREW

Our Haunt Crew is preparing for another wonderfully scary season. If you have ever wanted to “scare the crap” out of people, our Haunt Crew might just be the place for you!!! This is an all volunteer group dedicated to having fun and scaring people. There are numerous perks you can qualify for by volunteering that are year round. Depending on your level of participation you can earn t-shirts, hoodies, and numerous events. We have pizza nights throughout the run, cast parties at the end of the run and events throughout the year. We have taken our crews to Bodies, The Titanic Exhibit, Pole Position, Mini Gran Prix, Sky Mania, Gameworks, Julian’s, and movies just to name a few.

The Haunt Crew gathers in the off season to develop their skills and just “hang around”. They have done make-up classes, acting classes and improv classes. All the time reminiscing about past seasons and looking forward to future ones. If this is something that interests you, just click on the “Actors” link and fill out an app.

Before you know it the heat will dissipate, the leaves will turn (come on…SOME leaves turn!) and the fall nip will enter the air. But for us, it is the anticipation that hangs in the air, screams penetrating the darkened voids, the sounds and smells of chain saws seeking unwilling victims that we look forward too!

WEB SITE OVERHAUL

Last season we combined both attractions for the first time. It was an awesome experience for patrons and participants alike. We actually combined two full sized, stand alone attractions into one event, unlike many Haunted events who merely take attractions and divide them up to “create” multiple haunts. The synergy created by this combination was beneficial for the actors and the experience of our audience.

The continued combining the attractions into a single event will require a revamp of the web site to reflect the single Major event. We are developing it as you read!!!
